IMPACT BEYOND THE WALLS OF KINNERET APARTMENTS
Mission
Kinneret Council on Aging (KCOA) is a non-profit organization that provides life-enhancing resources to the over 300 residents of Kinneret Apartments, a low-income, senior, independent housing complex located in downtown Orlando, and extends its services beyond the walls of the complex to serve and engage the aging population throughout Central Florida, based on Jewish values.
Vision
A community where every senior is valued, never forgotten, and empowered to age with independence and joy, because generations come together to care for those who once cared for them.
Values
Compassion
KCOA shows love and empathy in everything we do, creating a nurturing environment where seniors feel valued, heard, and supported.
Dignity
KCOA ensures every senior maintains their dignity as they navigate their later years of life with respect, honor, and independence.
Community
KCOA creates meaningful connections and partnerships that unite residents, families, and the local community.
Empowerment
KCOA provides seniors with the tools, resources, and programs to help them thrive, live independently, and age with confidence.
Gratitude
KCOA honors the contributions of those who have come before us, and gives back to those who shaped our communities.
SERVICES
Through a wide range of programs, we support the daily nutritional, physical, emotional, and social needs of over 300 residents of Kinneret Apartments and the broader aging population in Central Florida.
Behind every meal served, every class offered, and every connection made is a dedicated group of leaders.
At Kinneret Council on Aging, every dollar matters—because behind every donation is a life touched.
