Kinneret Apartments overlook Lake Lucerne in downtown Orlando’s beautiful historic district. Founded in 1968 by the Jewish community under Federal HUD programs, Kinneret Apartments offer affordable housing for independent older adults.
Kinneret operates two fifteen-story high-rise apartment buildings with 280 apartments for individuals 62 years of age or older and individuals with a mobility impairment. The apartments are close to major highways, public transportation, shopping, entertainment and medical facilities. We also offer free on-site resident parking and visitor parking.
KCOA provides Kinneret residents food services, social activities and programming.
